Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Yeah, but you get stuff for a gigantic discount. LOL We're pretty relaxed at my company - no time clocks, come and go as you please, quiet offices...but the company has to pay for everything directly.
Yeah I'm trying to find a site to do that to at my work. I work in a corporate office, so there's not much we can do in the way of that. I might go with XDrive or something more commercial but similar.
I wouldn't if it were my money. Unfortunately it's company money. That pose was also in response to the post above it. I called my CDW rep (where I found the first switch) and he found an HP ProCurve 2650 for me that's passively cooled (we had to do a TON of work to figure that out though.)
Is this switch passive? Does anyone know? I can't seem to find anything via google, but I did find that the HP ProCurve 1800-24G Switch is passive, i would think the 48 port one would be also, but I'm not sure.
all right. I've been trying to look around for some passive or fanless switches. I don't mind getting 2x24 port switches if i have to, just for space purposes I'd like to get a 48. Can anyone point me in the proper direction for a couple? I've been unable to find then even using google.
I've been looking at a couple of sites - tiger and cdw being the main ones. I listed a few up yonder. Any idea about those? (unless you can find one, which would also be awesome)
When I type "fanless gigabit switch" into cdw i get expensive stuff.. i looking to stay under a grand.
