The 12V/0.7A rating from Frozen is correct, i have one of those laying around. However, the slower model, the D14SL-12 draws only ~0.2A, when the label says 0.5A ;)
I we assume, that each of your fans draws around 0.4A (with some safety for startup), 3 fans for the Radiator will draw 1.2A...
1. You'll need to get an other fancontroller, because the Aerocool is limited to 6W per channel, and 3 of your fans will draw more than 6W (they draw less than what is printed on them, but still more than your controller is capable of)
2. AWG22 is sufficient, and it can transmit a lot more...
Youre looking for 12V fans only, so the current, and the power are directly connected. Volts multiplied with Amps equals Power. U*I=P
Thats where the 0.33A are coming from, 12V*0.33A=4W

The rad is external...

I decided to post a litte Teaser of the project I am working on atm:
This is a V350 with the actual front removed, and theres an Aquaero VFD waiting for the front to come back from cutting...
edit: masking tape ftw!
Maybe try sth. with the board being vertical (is that correct english?), like a thin client?
I have a WIP with the same board, and i'd like to know, if you could recommend the silverstone for an ultrasilent system?
I have both.
For an ultrasilent workstation i prefer the Mini P180, because the Case is quite heavy. The sidepanels are multilayer pieces, so they dont vibrate at all. But to make it a very silent case, you have to remove the 200mm fan in the top, and seal the vent with sth.
The V350 is a...
Sry for the late reply.
The harddrives are in the inox steel case in the front, its a "Silentstar HD Dual" made by Watercool.
The DVD Drive is the key problem atm. everything else ist running fine, but there is no external 5,25" drive enclosure, that suits the v350. So i'm going to put a...
