I purchased a used x9scm-f board with an Ivy Bridge CPU. I'm having trouble getting PCIE slots to recognize a HBA card. Does anyone have advice or tips to troubleshoot? I've seen some posts mentioning issues with this motherboard and processor combo and PCIE slots.

The sysctl command would be run from within a VM at a console prompt.
