Yeah I wish I would have created a restore point, but I didn't. :) I did uninstall everything first, went into safe mode and cleaned out all the drivers as well before installing. I was able to install the drivers without issue using device manager, but catalyst will not install no matter what...

Yes, I have had this happen 3 times in the last few days, thought it was just me. Walk away from the computer and come back and it has recovered from a bsod. Installed a new xfx 6970 on Friday, running 10.12 drivers.
Received all 3 yesterday. Couldn't be happier, no dead pixels, all look great, maybe I got lucky. Only complaint is that I paid more than I should have for them, didn't see the sale price on MacMall until after I ordered mine from TigerDirect. Now I just need to complete my new workstation build.
