Bump for you.....

Im no expert, so take this with a grain of salt ..... Im prettty sure SP2 comes with DirectX 9C if you need to see what version you have go Start/run then type "dxdiag" It wil let you l run a complete test. Then at the bottom of the first page, you can see what version you have installed.
