LOL, brilliant. If they can't win against Apple then they can make Apple lose. What can Apple do? Sue them? Ha, too late and it still hasn't stopped them (they have declared bankruptcy at least once already)

at what point should this be looked at as assisted suicide? I mean really, a doctor cannot put you to sleep if you in agony, but can we someone that is completely healthy (and under 5'10") to their death (just because they are short)?
