That Apple 27" is great but the price isn't. He is looking to spend $500 - $600 or so on both if they would benefit him more than using some washed up CRT monitors. At my local Best Buy, they have the LG IPS236V that I can go check out, but reviews aren't that hot for that one. dja2k

Well I sure didn't move any jumpers. Besides wouldn't that mean that the date would turn back too? Very strange situation too, one time the bios reset to date December 2006 and another time to January 2007, so right now I am good, it doesn't reset, just the settings. Could it be a bios thing...

Thanks, I already have my settings in one of the ABS banks. Can you go back and fourth with that new beta bios like you could between 812 and 901? dja2k

Battery is fine, as it will now keep the date current when I remove power (turn off UPS). When I turn back on my UPS, the computer will turn on, but at default bios settings. All I do is reload my OC settings and it can turn on turn off normally (board on standby) keeping settings. dja2k
