It's probably a typo on that newegg page, I'm sure it still has 2 6 pins from what I've seen on different sites, even zotac's 560 SE looks similar to neweggs 560 pic and it has 2 6 pins.
I did look up that newegg model number and was getting a bunch of foreign sites so I don't know.
