The Q6600 is old news, it had its reign, the chips out now are nowhere near as good overclocks as the ones in the past, sorry bud.

Ordered everything then asked questions...That's okay, it turned out pretty good it looks like other than the case choice/cable management ;)
You should not have to pump more than 1.4v to hit 3.8. Just keep an eye on temps and read up. Try to keep load temps under 80C, I personally don't like going over 75C.
