Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. I'm ocing through windows Asus AI Suite III. But i can't find the setting you're referring to. I was using the system agent offset, so that might why.
I see VTDDR voltage, cpu input voltage, dram voltage, pchvlx voltage, and a few offsets (system agent , cpu digital i/o cpu analog i/o).
Are...
I played with the ring core speeds and voltage, but don't know what to do with VCCSA (system agent voltage?). I did try your settings out and bsod for all ring core speeds (called cpu cache ratio on my pc)
Tried 1.3 V to see what happened. Max temp was 80C but averaging way lower, but POV Ray failed around 80% of the way through.
Looks like the temps are getting high at this point, can't up vcore more so I'm out of ideas at this point.
Hopefully someone will reply on this board with a...
Given my temps are only at 71 C at 1.285 - should I try to push to 1.3V to see what happens?
I think the D14 will keep the temps <80, but I worry about using that much voltage long term, can't be good for the cpu even if you get rid of the heat (from a eletricity/physics perspective).
Thoughts?
Hi Folks,
I was wondering if you folks could help me figure out if I just have a dud CPU or is there any other way to increase my OC.I've tried a number of settings and can't get past 4.3 Ghz under stress test from POV Ray.
My OC log so far:
4.3 Ghz, Vcore = 1.235, POV score 1774, STABLE...
