I dont think I'd ever use all the capability of a billion in one card reader.... What i'm looking for is something that will read SD cards from my digi-camera and my military ID (Smart Card) to log into government sites and stuff from home. I'm a bit baffled as what to grab... my case is...

A velociraptor by itself? or 2x in RAID 0? I'm not DEAD set on SSD I just saw the benchmarks and stuff and had seen how much they outperform most others.
