So i'm not sure if this is what you're referring to, but in DispcalGui if I open up the Profile Information for the ICC profile generated for Monitor 1 when I set the whitepoint target as 6500K there are three lines at the bottom that say:
GAMUT_volume: 1.19355207346
GAMUT_coverage (srgb)...
So the i1 Profiler software has the option of setting the white point measured from another monitor as the target white point for one's calibration (didn't know this before). Using this, monitors 1 and 3 are pretty darn close (judging by eye). Monitor 2, though, is still pretty different than 1...
Changing the Whitepoint setting from "As measured" to 6500K and re-running calibration resulted in a profile for Monitor 1 that seems closer to what we're shooting for.

So, right now I only have 1 monitor (monitor 1) hooked up. Cleared out all profiles, re-ran DispcalGui calibration / profile generation, still getting same values as I was getting before for grayscale tracking.

That I do not know, there doesn't seem to be any information out there on it either.
The only thing I could find is about the radeon 280x, which according to this post says it only supports a single LUT

Retesting for monitor 1 gives me essentially the same gray scale tracking values, so not a mistake I assume. It seems the same is true for my third monitor (values below).
Any suggestions on what to fiddle when generating the profile? Any other measurements I should take?
