Yes, i agree, but i don't want to waste my time/energy sending it all back if that's not the issue. I can deal with the bad first PCI-E slot later, i just want to make sure i make the right diagnosis first. I need to know if this issue is a legit ATI issue right now or it can be fixed another way..
