Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
New problem.
Using an HDMI cable, the monitor will not show 1920x1200, it will only do 1080p.

When I use an HDMI -> DVI cable...

You can try it; that's how I'm running this monitor. I have it connected to my video card via DVI and it's connected to the monitor via HDMI.
However -- I've also ran it using a DVI/DVI cable with no problems.
In this thread a user, I believe ecat, posted a Cleartype tweaking utility...
I bought my monitor from that guy, got it today. Works great. I was apprehensive at first because it was so cheap compared to other sellers, plus I'm going to get $125 back from MS cashback.
No dead pixels either!
I'm using the settings from Lux @...
