Do you get regular case feet as an accessory with the case..?

Can anyone tell me if the whole wheel assembly can be removed from the v1010b case? I want to put this on my table without the wheels. Theres no review that mentions if you can remove them or not. From most of pictures it seems they are riveted on to the floor of the case, but Im not sure.
