    Torrent downloading kills internet

    I just ran into this same problem with vista 64 and NOD32. But I was able to overcome it and still use NOD32. You just have to go into setup and under web access protection you need to make some changes. In HTTP>Web Browsers> You will need to exclude your torrent program. (For me BitComet)
