    @Paragon - Yes, setting vcore to normal and using offset, the voltage will drop at idle. I think the offset oc method is better, since it doesn't seem to have any vdroop like it use to with manual voltage. I had to set LLC or I would crash on prime95 all the time.

    The F10 bios fixed my issues. I set my DVID to +.20 (base was 1.26v) and set multiplier to 43x. Everything works as I would expect. Power saving features all work, prime95 loads at 1.31v (even tho my max is 1.28). But this board does that even before. Maybe its the ppl overvoltage set to auto...
