    Make sure your bios is set to IDE instead of AHCI. Also you have to download the ACPI driver off the asus website and run it in xp compatiblity mode.     get a black and decker rotary tool. a little cheaper than a dremel. and it's a lot more durable. I've burned through at least 3 dremels, and the B&D has been going strong for over a year.
