    Speedtest.net, and pretty much any speed test, removes your ISP's overhead. You're not really geting 10/10Mb out of your connection, though I agree 7/6 seems a bit low. On a 5Mb/800Kb connection, most people get about 4.3Mb/600Kb.

    I'd avoid Coolmaxs if I were you. For about 50$ look into the Xclios http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16817189003 Dual 12v rails, 12cm fan and decently reliable according to the people in the psu forums.
