Well the issue is that i cant reach the heatpipes so that i could measure temperature. I have laser temp measurement tool but cant reach the heatpipes. Maybe i should take out accelero, then use some heat source to heat the base, then measure all the heatpipes individually?
No. Fans run normal speed. Its not as crazy as it seems if you read about this combination on the forums. I also tried 120 fan on top of accelero but without no considerate result. Is there some way i can test each heatpipe?
First of all sorry for such long answer.
1) Heatsink fins are warming up but there are no way to check for the base!

Is there a non-breaking way to test if liquid exists in the tubes and if tubes are empty, Is there a way to fill these tubes or it would be useless now and i can basically use the accelero as landfill.

Well i have not tried to use old PSU, not sure i have it any more but how can PSU be the problem when GPU gets too hot. Does not make sense.

You mean accelero heatpipe? Well it has 4 of them, cant see how leak can come to one.

I once decided to replace stock cooler with accelero S1 Rev.2 because stock was too loud and cooling was terrible, temperatures reached even 80 °C. The cooling of accelero was amazing where idle temp was under 30°C and load...
