Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
In a two harddrive setup (1st gen 36g Raptor, 150gb Raptor) where would be the best place, performance wise, to put this stuff.
From what I know I would say either:
A. All on the 150 Raptor, scrap the 36.
or
B. OS and Swap on the 36, Games and everything else on the 150.
Could any of...
It isn't vapourware. I was building a computer for my friends sister and ordered the cheapest 6600gt I could find and was surprised when I took it out of the box to find it passively cooled...
Quoted for truth. Lets pay twice as much for an identicle speed CPU which wont overclock as well so I can dedicate a core to running winamp while playing games.
If you don't spend all day pirating DVDs or doing professional graphics work dual core is wasted.
No, he's right. You honestly thing your the first noob to ever walk in here and make a "What do you guys think of xxx, I'm too lazy to do my own research." thread?
