    ati x800 GTO 256mb vs ati x1600 Pro 512mb

i have an ATI X800 GTO 256mb video card, and a ATI X1600 Pro 512mb card. of course the x1600 has more memory compared to the x800 but i was told that since the x800 i have is a GTO it runs better for gaming. so my question is, which of the two should i be running? [Dark Silver]
