So for me, I'm looking to buy a x1900xt now and then upgrade in the future. I would be looking at getting a second x1900xt and a x1900 crossfire, that would be my best option wouldnt it? (I dont want to spend extra on xtx)
I had a look on ebay, at the moment all the x1900xt's are over priced. My brother got a cheap 7900gtx but with the x1900xt's they are cheaper on the net.
I guess this would be my best purchase: http://www.monarchcomputer.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=M&Product_Code=190878

in peoples opinion, would these cards be much cheaper in 2 months? Roughly how much would...
I'd say, just for the box $1750us.

E6600: $350us
x1900xt: $470us
Motherboard: $220us???
2gig Ram: $160us???
DVD burner: $40us???

Case: $300us???
thats 1690 so far. Obviously they are all estimates for me...
Ok, sorry for posting so much stuff.
From what I can tell (and i know very little about video cards) these are my best options:
- I can get a powercolor x1900xt from an australian seller for 470us (shipped)
From newegg:
- MSI x1900xtx: 470us (plus shipping to chicago and then...
I sort of dont have a budget, but I dont want to spend too much (i use that term loosly!). Basically i'm happy with the price of conroe and wouldnt want to spend any more on a cpu. I'm also happy to spend the money on a x1900xt and then obviously i must buy the rest of the stuff. I want to buy a...
ok, basically, here is all the newegg cards. these are in US dollars so they would have to be multiplied by 1.34 to get australian dollars. For the newegg cards i estimate $au40 to ship it down to me.
So with all of this in mind, what would you say my best buy would be?
Sorry for so many...
Some more prices..
I can get this from newegg sent down to Australia from an uncle for about the same as the $610 powercolor xt: HIS Hightech H190XTQ512DVN Radeon X1900XT 512MB GDDR3 PCI Express x16 Video Card - Retail
I can pretty much get anything from newegg but it is a lot more of a...
Hi, just wanting to see which card would be my best option. The prices are in AU$, the exchange rate is: 1 USD = 1.34056 AUD || 1 AUD = 0.745958 USD
I'm looking to get a xt but if any of the xtx's here are bargains i would consider them.
thanks for the reply.
Yer that looks like a sweet unit, but a little out of my price range.
Out of the two I posted, what are the real differences? Down here the sapphire is worth about 775 and the powercolor is about 630. I thought they were both the same thing, but the prices tell me...
Well you see. I'm moving to the UK in about 2-3 months time and because parts are so expensive over there I was going to buy the main things here and bring them over with me and then buy things like case, power supply, mouse and monitor over there.
With the monitor, I wouldnt want to be...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814102004
because in australia i can get the first one for about 630AU shipped and the second one for 775 shipped...
