Someone correct me if I'm wrong (and I know someone will) but the issue w/ the 3008 input lag is due to the scaler and other pre-processing that it does, not the Q5 panel itself.
I just got the LG W3000H w/ the Q5 panel, and it has not had noticable lag in UT3 so far.
