just to be safe, i vote rma. with that said, if u have a psu tester, check the psu's integrity. DO NOT connect your pricey mobo/cpu/vga to it until you know its safe
mushkin makes great ram. if you want freedom to OC, i recommend getting something at least in the 1600mhz-1866mhz range. i personally have 16gb's mushkin redline at 2133mhz
given that intel hasn't had the listing taken down yet, i bet these are old prototypes that they discarded or gave away. nothing "confidential" about them
