    FSB Clocking

    Memory ratios are ratios to the fsb. If the fsb is 250, and your ratio is 4:5, then your ram is running at 200. If you want to change your memory timings, then you go to "expert" and them change them. Lower values = less latency. If you are going to overclock the ram, then relax the timings...

    9800pro is only $224 at newegg. That will get you to around 5500 at default, paired with a decent processor.
