    Are you planning on learning to OC or do you just want to have an OCd computer? If you just want your system to be overclocked then there is software that accompanies many motherboards nowadays that will OC for you with the press of a button and a restart. (Gigabyte mobos for example)...

    I had similar problems, and upgraded to Corsair HX1000w (included a water cooling kit on top of a 6870 tune-up) and it resolved everything. Hope you have the same luck.
