Prices aren't falling for two reasons: Basic economics and industry manipulation. 1) Those who think that because AGP cards are becoming outdated, therefore less desirable, and should result in lesser demand and thus lower prices are wrong. Which is Better?
Definitely get the DFI board ($129.00 + $5.00 shipping at Newegg.com). You shouldn't buy an SLI board unless you plan to get an SLI set-up, which is, IMO, not worth the money.
