    Never mind this thread, i'm a dumbass. I just realized my error; If the mem frequency setting is 200% * FSB, that yields 800Mhz, not 400. God, i'm a re-re. Mem stable at 400Mhz and 2.5T-3-3-6. Thanks all.

    That explains the multiplier, thanks all. The OC for the CPU is stable w/ a 200 FSB, so that part is solved. The thing that chaps my @$$ is that i can't get my Memory to perform at that FSB. It's Corsair 512 XMS 3200C2PT, that's for sure. the tech documentation says it's 2.5T-3-3-6 for athlon...
