I don't understand your question about warranty. It was purchased about a month ago brand new and I registered it on sapphire's website. I' don't know if sapphire honors warranty for second hand purchases if that's what you are asking about.

FPS is cut by half at 2560, although I suppose some AA is better than no AA..
In the 6850 review, I find it strange that MLAA performance would be better than 2xMSAA. Sucks that they don't show 6850 with mlaa off...
I've also been looking at both cards you are mentioning, and I'm kinda leaning towards the Twin Frozr. What was putting me off from a 470 was the amount of heat, noise and power draw (to a degree). The TF kinda remedies the problem with non reference cooling, which imo makes it much the above...
