    They won't draw anything near their rating. I have 2 4006 chassis sitting here in my lab, each with 3 gigabit blades + sup. Both have 3 power supplies 580W each but one chassis only draws around 350watts all PSU's connected and only 250 running on one PSU.

    III is as loud as the II. I actually have the idea they are louder than the 1's, but that could just be the config. I got a hold of a 1950 last month and I'm quite surprised how quiet that one is. I generally had the idea 1U's are more noisy than 2U's.

    Like Nitrobass24 guessed it's indeed a web page (PHP) which gets it's info from Cacti and Nagios. Unlike the Nagios default view, this only shows warnings and errors which gives a way better overview. It runs in firefox fullscreen mode and refreshes every 10 seconds.
