    Configuring min/max clock speeds on 7970

    I'm having issues with my 7970. It downclocks to 300MHz when idle but stays at that or 500MHz when playing games like Hearthstone. It explains why my games run like crap. Is there anyway to disable this tree-hugging power management? I want my card at stock clock all the time.
