AM3 960T 3.0 That overclocked to 4.0 ghz stable at 1.4v 24/7 ( on a 4+1 matx motherboard, i am absolutely sure it would do better on a real overclocking board). I have not checked it if unlocks, mainly because I am a bit scared of blowing the cheap mobo, but people seem to have very good luck...
