The heatspreaders on that Teamgroup ram look great from the top. Officially on my list of parts to consider :)

If we round up and say the 1070 is 160W (source), and you get the E5-1650 v3 (~140W), that only puts you at 300W so the SF450 should be fine.

The thing you need to keep in mind with that board is that it's a narrow ILM 2011-3 socket, I'm not sure any of the coolers you mentioned will actually work on that. Have you checked the datasheets for compatibility? I'd check for you but I'm at work right now. was able to grab this picture...

Not with that CPU and the c7, no. At least not under load. When I had the c7 on my 3570k (stock, delidded/ relidded) it got way too loud for my tastes under gaming loads. If you don't already have the CPU is recommended getting a 6600t instead, it if you already bought it, underclocking and...
