    Benq SW2700PT opinions?

G'day [H]ard [P]eople I've searched but could not find a topic for Benq SW2700PT, the underdog of NECs and Eizos. What enticed me in that monitor is flicker-free low blue-light and AdobeRGB combination. Most "pro" monitors use PWM for higher gamut. Exceptions are very expensive (Eizo...

Have anybody bought it? How does it compate to EV2736w?

Looking for Professional Color Grading Monitor : ASUS ProArt PA329Q

Has anybody bought this monitor yet? I cannot find any reviews... Does it use PWM in the backlight? Is it a true 10bit matrix? The only wide gamut non-PWM monitor out there seems [so far] to be LG 31MU97, but its color uniformity is horrible. Ah, and Eizo CG318-4K but the price!..

Windows laptops without PWM flicker? (mods, don't move!)

Count me in. I am looking for a PWM-free normal-res laptop for Windows 7. Something 14 inches max, 1600x900 HD+ but with great colors (IPS maybe?) and non-PWM LED backlight. I have looked at Dell XPS 13 and it is really nice but very hi-res, unsuitable for Windows 7. I have looked at MacBook...

    Where are 4k 3840x2400 16:10 monitors???

I have had hp ZR30w but I did not like CCFL spectrum and flicker. It was so bright that I had to run it at minimal brightness, which give you maximum PWM effects. I want to find a replacement with 16x10 aspect but there is only hp ZR30i and Lenovo LT3053p. Not sure which way to go... Has...

What is best 30" monitor that is 16:10?

I agree now that Lenovo LT3053p will be problematic for me. I discovered that my eyes do not like FRC. I would care for wide-gamut only if the panel is true 10-bit and not 8+2FRC color dithering like that Benq BL3201PT. I checked it out and - shivers. Moving on.

What is best 30" monitor that is 16:10?

I think the best 30in, 16x10 monitor is Lenovo LT3053p. I have had hp ZR30w and the PWM and FRC were making my eyes hurt. ZR30i still has FRC AFAIK, but not PWM (it is LED). Still not good enough, esp. in the light that LT3053p has got two USB uplink ports and a switch button so it will allow...

new LG Display 31" 4K(4096x2160) IPS panel

That's such a good thread, I'll resurrect it. So what's the best 30in display of 2015? I am OK with 2560x1600, and cool with 4K but I think I still prefer 16x10 aspect for office and photographic work. Two full pages of PDF look better on 16x10. Resolution can be anything as long as it's equal...
