For all European buddies out there, the Omen is finally available in Europe!!! (y) Well, at least in Germany.

They just presented it during the IFA in Berlin, so this could be a great news for us European customers! ;)

Almost every VA panel is labeled as 3000:1, but unfortunately no 32" VA monitor can reach that value. I hope this Omen is an exeption.

Hey Archaea, thanks for this first impressions video. I would like to know how the contrast is, since I have a 24" VA Benq with 3700:1 at 100cd/m2. I know that other VA 32" monitors don't go above 2600:1 so I hope this HP is better in that area.

Hey guys, the HP Omen 32-inch QHD Display is finally available on amazon.com and on HP store. Someone should give it a try. Unfortunatly I can't at the moment because is not available here in Europe.

Hey guys, does VN279Q have the exact same panel as the VN279QLB? I have read that the only difference is on the bezel, but I would like to be 100% sure that they have the same panel before purchasing the VN279Q. Thanks in advance and sorry for my broken English. XD

And what about the blue light under the scrolling wheel? Can you toggle it? Thanks for the reply... much appreciated! ;)
