Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Koolance used to be much worse. Using steel for their fittings that RUSTED, using alu in their rads, screwing over customers, etc, etc. I'd never buy a product from Koolance, and now, from EK.
No, you're not the first with a 120mm exhaust on a G5, but I love what you've done. You've also answered my question about whether or not a PSU can fit up top there. =]
Most home/hobby aquarium pumps are pretty weak (like the one in my tank), but some of them are very good and have been used for watercooling for a while. Notable examples are the Hydro L30, the Danner Mag 3 and the Eheim 1250.
Personally, I'd love to see a new Wing Commander game done with today's technology. Both Wing Commander and Descent were some of my favorite games of yesteryear, and I still have the Wing Commander: Prophecy CDs.
Google "PSU Paperclip trick" to power on the periphs without powering on the PC.
You're confusing a Fillport and a T-Line.
A fill port is anything that's connected to your loop at any point to full up the loop with water.
What he described is a T-Line. A Fill port can be used on a reservoir...
I don't have a set of GTs here (rather some Phobya fans someone sponsored me, and some other powerful fans), but from what I've heard, they're dead silent at certain speeds, and even at full blast, the sound they make is a very neglectable hum. Perhaps that's the sound of air moving through the...
Excellent choices, but pass on the fluid. You'll really be better off with plain distilled water. Your temps will be better, and it won't stain your tubing/blocks.
If everything is plumbed properly (i.e. no kinks, and res before the pump), your water temps will be close to ambient. You'll see...
Don't buy a GTS radiator, the fan density on those is even greater than the GTX rads, and it will be loud. Also, it's slimmer, so performance is weak.
This Thermalright 140mm fan is decent, and so is this Xigmatek fan.
When it comes to water cooling, the golden rule is "Friends Don't Let...
