    Why do new customers only get this price? I just called up and it would cost me $196 per month with out any tv or phone. Bundle comes to be close to the same. Not really fair that existing customers can't take advantage of the offer.

    I understand Dan is busy and has other obligations but I'd just like an ETA or status update on US shipments. He mentioned German customs delaying outside shipments but I still don't even know if he's gotten his US shipments picked up from DHL yet.

    We only got an update for shipping to Germany so far I think. About 2 thirds of shipments remain. Wondering if Dan will give us an update this week. I think he can handle 500 per week, but I'm really really hoping he is able to ship US shipments this week.
