Hey all, After setting my CPU voltage and RAM voltage differently, I seem to have solved the problem. CPU voltage controler was set at 1.425V and RAM was set at 3.0V. Since the change I have had several sucessful reboots, however I had one unexpected restart, so I'm still messing with it...
