Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I still have the monitor and can't get it to work any higher than vga mode. Anyone have any ideas. The next thing is to contact dell and get a new controller card and replace it. Not even sure they will sell me the part.
No they didn't send a return slip with the package. I even had the Fedex guy check when they delivered it. Only one charge to the card. Its been over a month. Checked my account with Dell and they don't know whats going on either. I figure its the ddc Info becuse the monitor runs through...
I got my replacement monitor and it works great, but they never picked up the old one. So, I have a monitor with the incorrect ddc info. Anyone know of way to get the monitor to work. Otherwise I have a 30 inch paper weight.
Got my replacement monitor and it works just fine. So, I guess dell still has the same old monitor issues. I guess thats what you get for building them in Mexico.

All the basics have been covered dual link dvi, drivers and video card. They are sending me a replacement no questions asked. So, apparently they are having some problems with the displays not being read correctly.
I'm pretty sure it is the monitor, its not being recognized by windows and if I create a custom dirver it tries to look for it, going in and out of power on/off mode. They are sending me a new one within the week.
I started to mess with powerstrip and create a custom driver for the 3007wfp and I atleast now get a response from the monitor after the catalyst drivers are loaded. The monitor definately is giving the card the wrong information. Powerstrip said the refresh rate is set at 75 htz and maximum...
Just got off the phone with dell and they say the monitor is fine. Looks like I'm going to have to keep calling. Its been tested on 2 other x19xx systems adn doesn't work either.
Thats what I'm probably going to do. I'm sick of dealing with there tech support. It drives me crazy when they ask you, is it plugged in, did you turn it on. Oh, hold on i will send you to our senior tech. Then they hang up after an hour.
