    Where to get "always hot" 12V and 5V from?

    I just remembered that modern motherboards keep +5V over the USB ports, which is separate from the rest of the system (and which has a high enough amperage to charge cellphones for instance). As for the 12V, I guess if there's nowhere to tap that from, I have no other alternative than to build...
