Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Part of me laughs at FB users for being stupid but on the other hand what would happen if someone posted a whole pile of shit about me? Would I be able to get FB to remove it in its entirety? Would Google remove it from their indexes etc?
The fact that FB is pwning its users doesn't phase me...
I must say, I don't get excited about gadgets but the Courier seemed like the dogs bollox to me. Whats not to like about an electronic Moleskine Notebook that doesn't require a fcuking big ipocket? :)
I am pissed about the lack of an A6-sized electronic handwriting device... I don't blame him...

It's getting beyond a joke imo.
I live in the UK so we don't quite have it like that... yet. We do, however, have about 300 cameras per sq ft of ground space in this country.
There is a simple solution to this, well, kinda simple: Don't watch TV. Unacceptable for some folks I suppose but...
Oh, forgot to say... this is the tip of a very large iceberg! Just wait until insurance premiums, loan applications etc are partly based on your online profile... it will be too late by then.
I suspect it will go even further, like trying to get your kid into a particular school and they...
First of all... wtf is an "at will" state? I'm from the UK so it means nothing to me.
Second, and most important... what she does outside of her work is her PRIVATE life (assuming she doesn't eat live children or something).
If I worked for someone (I work for myself) and they mandated what...
I'm not a fan of social networking... I can't see a need for it personally but that aside lets get to the point.
Government is interfering enough in our lives (I live in the UK) so more intervention is NOT WELCOME.
If facebook is intentionally duping people by making it really hard or...
My problem isnt that anyone can scan and find my wireless network is that google is doing it for commercial reasons... I can't figure out why of course.
Gawd knows what kind of data mining they are doing on it tho :(
True, I suppose but surely a business with only one revenue stream is on shaky ground... I know Google is still raking in the big bucks but all it takes is something new to come along and they are screwed since it is their only source of income.
Maybe I am a bit too traditional but businesses...
Me neither. Privacy issues aside, I just don't see anything on facetube or mybook that holds any interests for me at all. Anything I know about them is stuff like "I'm taking dump now" and "I had cereal for breakfast".. ok, its not all like that but thats my perception of it.
My wife is a...
We could change it if we all stopped buying copyrighted works (Im thinking CD's and DVD's mainly here).
Imagine how shit scared they would be if everyone in America did that for 2 months... thats at least a 24% revenue drop right across the board (assuming an even spread of sales etc etc).
