Anyone with a core 2 duo and integrated graphics has been infringing on this patent from day one. Basically if you applied it to the real world and not the fantasy world, this would mean that every multi core processing system that used memory at all would be subject to destruction. :confused:

Region 1, NTSC for blu-ray encompases the americas as well as much of asia and japan. So, yeah it could get over here if people wanted it.

Sony's pricing is probably way to high, but going microsoft's route and offering a crippled version of the ps3 that has a high failiure rate is not the way to go either. Both plans have positives and negatives in the end really.
