    GeForce FX5500 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X

The max FSB is 266. I remember reading somewhere on the web that the bios can be flashed and a Thoroughbred CPU can be used.

    GeForce FX5500 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X

ok, thats what I am looking for. Is their a card out there that would be a good fit for my current setup. I am not sure but I really can't go much bigger on the cpu with this board. I am currently running a AMD Athlon 1.4 and have only been able to run it at 1.6 wit the settings in the bios...

    GeForce FX5500 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X

Correct. pretty much any AGP interface card will work. Does this mean that any AGP card will run at full capacitiy while my other system components are lacking? I wouldn't mind to spend a little more if I didn't think it would be a waste.

    GeForce FX5500 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X

The CPU is a AMD 1.4 O'Clk to 1.6 Tried to take it more but I think thats all this board can handle without flashing the BIOS. So from what I am reading by these replies it seems that this board can handle anything that is an AGP type? Does'nt it have a limit?

    GeForce FX5500 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X

Not really sure. I don't want to throw alot at a card since I will be building a new one soon. Can you list a couple here for me to check out. I know I don't want to spend more tha a 100 buck on one. For some reason I was thinking that the gforce would be a decent upgrade.

    GeForce FX5500 256MB 128-bit DDR AGP 4X/8X

Is there another card that may be better for that board. I am planning on putting another buil together soon. just looking for something to get me by for now. The Ati is only a 64MB while the geforce is 128.
