Alright down to the gritty. Im usually a GPU overclocker (XFX 5870) 860/1200, its locked at 900/1200. Only solution ive found is to flash the BIOS to another card so it unlocks it.

Lol i was just typing a reply about that and i refreshed and saw yours.
Definitely a bummer but whatever, im going back to frys and having them replace the cpu
in case any damage was caused during stressed testing and re-apply the heatsink.
