A FW900 went for £780 + £60 (~$1090) shipping on eBay UK just a day ago. Although it has deep scratches on the screen (will likely need anti glare removal) and a few cracks in the plastic casing. A good condition one of expect to go for two times or more.
I nearly bought a FW900 for £300 on...

LG are reportedly producing 27 and 32 inch woled panels this year. It is possible we'll see them at CES in January I guess. These could be the 1440p 240hz oled monitors rumoured on Reddit and other places.
"Even without local dimming, this monitor delivers around a 6000:1 contrast ratio..."
Big if true. Although the Chinese reviewer said 4000:1. It should have pretty good black levels then?
I'm still going to wait for other reviews though.
It's this monitor or the Samsung Neo G8 for me, after the reviews come out. Can't ever go back to using IPS after using the G7 the past couple of years, contrast ratio and black levels are too important.

Looks like it's released in January 2021.

With the PDF of this guide (in post 568) there is "Grayscale_2_bars_1920.png". It is the first two bars of a 16 tone grey scale. The first post says to make them indistingushable and use that as the adjustment.
After going through the windas white point balance procedure the red/purple hue is gone, the colors look natural to the eye.
Although I'm not sure what I did but the black levels are still elevated, with a white/blue hue. This is at the default settings of 85 contrast, 50 brightness. I'm...
Hello, I have a Sony GDM-F520 which i'm trying to correct. A purely black screen has a red hue, turning down the brightness in the OSD to get a good black level crushes the dark areas in films and games. It also a red/purple hue over the monitor, especially on dark areas. Could I do both of...
