    Did they change the Step Up Program? When I did it there was no charge to get into Step up program, just had to be approved, wait your turn in line, and pay difference between the cost of the two cards (minus any rebates). Also I had 90 days to initiate it.

    Think it was mentioned earlier in the thread, but no you don't get gift copies. The Bastion key is separate from the key for the rest of the games. You could give one of those away, but you don't get individual extra copies.
