Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Not sure how a 3.9GHz Ryzen overlock (especially on 8 cores) will do in the Sentry. I guess it will be okay though unless you stress test all cores with some synthetic workload.
Received my NH-L9a from Amazon.de today and swiftly ordered my AM4 bracket from Noctua. Cannot wait to replace that cheap Akasa cooler, it is barely keeping up with my R7 1700. (But I just couldn't wait to assemble my AM4 Sentry )
Will also look into replacing my R9 390 GPU sooner than...
Finally had time to play with my Sentry today (already shipped Wednesday!)
Now running a R7 1700 and my old R9 390 in a beautiful black sentry.
Full specs:
MB - Biostar X370GTN
CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 1700
RAM - G.Skill FlareX 3200 MHz (CL14)
GPU - Gigabyte G1 Gaming R9 390
SSD - Samsung 960 Evo...
I ordered this fan: http://www.akasa.com.tw/search.php?seed=AK-CC1101EP02
Given it's usage of the AMD Bracket mounting system, I think it should fit. Will report back this weekend when I attempt to put it all together. (ITX board already arrived, Sentry should be here soon!)
#39 and no tracking info yet. I assume that they send it out as soon as the parcel company processes the individual packages, which is not necessarily by the order of indiegogo backing. So I'm not worried yet.
