Macbook Pro 17 Inch Dual Sata III Connection?

Hi, I recently bought a refurbished Macbook Pro i7 2.2 ghz 17 inch from Apple.com and noticed that the optical drive was running at SATA II speeds (3 gigabit link speed, 1.5 negotiated). However, the SATA connection for the HDD was SATA III. I've read on Macrumors that some of the newer...

    Ipad 2 cases

You should put a skin on the ipad also (clear protector, bestskinsever, or ZAGG) before putting it in a case. I used a Speck case and the case actually scratched my ipad.

    Charging iPad 2

If you put the iPad 2 to sleep, it will charge normally plugged unto a usb port.

    Swap sim between iPad2+iPhone?

The iPad uses a microsim, so you wouldn't be able to swap it out. The 3gs uses a normal sim card. If you had an iPhone 4, you would be able to.

When you set up the SSD, do you need a GUID partition, and a MAC OSX Extended Journaled partition? How do these work?

Cheap tablet = Nook Color + Honeycomb?

I wouldn't go for one of the non-branded Chinese tablets. I purchased one on eBay and it is ridiculously slow. Have any of you guys tried the new ASUS Transformer that runs Honeycomb? They have a coupon for it at Target, making it around $350.

    Video card recommendation

I would probably just pick up a 4870 for $50-75 USD (around 50 GBP) which is comparable to 5770.

    HelioX: Not responding to PMs

I still haven't heard back from HelioX and I'm looking to file a claim in his local small claims court. Some of you have messaged me regarding similar situations with Mr. Melchionna. If any more of you have experiences with him and have evidence, please let me know and we can gather some things...

    HelioX: Not responding to PMs

I filed the a paypal dispute, but a dispute for not as described get's dropped, so the seller is not forced to refund. Tolyngee: I actually went through the whole claims process and filled out everything, but he is not responding to me, so I can't get his address to complete it. I already...

    HelioX: Not responding to PMs

I don't understand what you're saying about doing the claims process first before refunding. He already said that he would refund me, so he would be refunding me whether the claim goes through or not (what is the point in waiting?). The claim money goes to him, the shipper, not to me...

    HelioX: Not responding to PMs

You already told me to toss the HSF and that you would refund me. How am I supposed to contact UPS to request a refund? According to UPS, although either party can report damage, the shipper is the one that goes through the claims process. If you are certain that this is UPS's fault, I would...
