Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Do you have any recommendations on screens? I didn't know what to aim for as I last built my PC for oblivion lol. I suppose I could save some money on the motherboard. I have never overclocked before and was looking forward to trying it. Does it lower the life span of the parts if they are all...

Good point, never thought of that. I still wouldn't worry too much over it. I also have a tendency to not carry any static. I get shocked by something or shock someone about once a year if that. Not sure why.
Going to have to second the UPS purchase suggestion. I have 2 and I feel very safe using all of my equipment on them. I went with APC and have no regrets, very good systems.
I work on computers daily, also take apart laptops. I have yet to ever fry one piece of equipment with static. I just sit down, work on it, don't go rubbing my feet in socks on the carpet. If my cat comes near my I shoo her away, just simple common sense stuff. I bought a radioshack static wrist...

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming, pure gaming.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included? I could go...
